Terms and Conditions of Travelling adhere to internationally accepted rules and general procedures pertaining to this area of tourist activities. 

 

 1. RESERVATION AND PAYMENT 

Reservation and booking requests are submitted to the Agency or to the authorized agent following the advance payment of the 30% of the tour rate. The rest of the amount is paid on either monthly bases or at once. In the case of monthly payment, the last payment should be received 8 days before the departure, unless differently specified. 

The Agency should be notified about any cancellation in writing. In the case of cancellation, the agency shall retain the following cancelation fee (percentage of the total tour cost): 

For travels in Croatia: 

up to 30 days before departure: 10 %
29 to 15 days before departure: 30 %
14 to 7 days before departure: 70 %
6 to 0 days before departure: 90 %
not showing at all: 100 % 

For travels abroad: 

up to 40 days before departure: 10 %
39 to 25 days before departure: 30 %
24 to 15 days before departure: 70 %
14 to 7 days before departure: 90 %
6 to 0 days before departure: 100 % 

The above cancellation fees will not be retained in the case of death in the family (parents, brothers, sisters or spouses) or being hospitalized. 

2. TOUR ARRANGEMENT AND RATE 

Tour rate (arrangement cost) specified in the arrangement offer, contract or agreement is fixed and will not be changed by any party, providing that the services agreed upon, the exchange rate between given currencies, the cost of transportation and the number of travellers do not change.

 

 

3. HEALTH AND OTHER KINDS OF INSURANCE

Travellers with health insurance in Croatia have all the rights pertaining to that insurance by law and/or health insurance regulation.

Travellers will pay all the health related expenses during the travel by themselves and will issue the the request for reimbursement to their health insurance agency upon their return home.

Travellers can negotiate other kinds of insurance according to personal preference and insurance programs of various insurance companies.

The insurance does not include loss of baggage and Agency, as a tour organizer, is not responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen baggage.

4. DAMAGE

Any damage (in a transport vehicle, hotel or other places) caused on purpose during the tour will be paid by the person who had caused it.

5. OBLIGATION OF TRAVELERS

Travellers are obliged to respect the rules and regulations of their own country and of all countries they visit. The agency, as a tour organizer, will not take any responsibility for the damage issued from breaking rules or disturbing public peace and order caused by travellers.

6. OBLIGATIONS OF AGENCY

The Agency is responsible for carrying out to the fullest all the services stated in the tour arrangement or in the contract.

7. COMPLAINTS AGAINST THE TOUR / TRAVEL ORGANIZATION AND THE COURT IN CHARGE

If the service rendered is incomplete, travellers can file a complaint against it on the spot with the representative of the Agency or send a written complaint within 8 days upon their return home. Travellers shall not contact other persons, public media or a court of justice in the period of time needed by the Agency to decide about the complaint.

The court in charge will be civil court authorized for the complaint in question in Zagreb
